Very rude staff at WGC Branch

After over 10 years of going to the vets we always had a great relationship with the vet and the wonderful receptionist in potters bar I took my dog 14 year old to WGC 2 weeks ago saw a very nice vet and was informed he needed a urgent Tumour removed so 2 weeks later my wife called up WGC head office and was told 1. We needed a second consultation at more cost when we had already been told the cost of the operation 2. A very rude staff member acused my wife of swearing at her and I wrote a complaint in to the head office and today we have been told to go away and don't come back My dog still needs a urgent operation and there Customer Service is terrible. I can't recommend this branch because the staff member was rude Lied and the person who sent the email has no intention of even calling us to talk about this issue Customer service 0--10
